Yes, I admit it … I struggle to wake up in the morning. It’s not that I’m not a morning person, because I do feel much better when I’m able to wake up earlier rather than later. It’s just that I have always had a hard time sticking to a schedule and going to bed at the same time each night, especially since I’ve been battling chronic illness since 2011.
This is something that affects several areas of my life including how I feel physically and emotionally, my prayer life with God (meeting with Him at a specific time), and my business. I know I have to cut myself some slack because I am still dealing with health issues (lyme disease, leaky gut, acid reflux, gastritis, esophagitis, anxiety, and depression) however, this is a struggle that I want to overcome so that I can feel better, grow closer to God, and grow my business.
This post brings me to my first goal: To wake up at the same time every morning
